Meet Michael & Shannon Skyles
Michael and Shannon, the visionary couple behind Mosaic Office Suites, have been married for 18 years and have three homeschooled children. As native Hoosiers, they currently reside in Monrovia, where they enjoy the company of their dog and a small flock of chickens. Their tradition of hosting weekly family dinners for loved ones reflects their passion for fostering connection in an increasingly disconnected world.
With a wealth of experience in real estate spanning their entire marriage, Michael and Shannon have honed their complementary strengths—Michael in acquisition and Shannon in administration. Shannon has been a licensed real estate professional since 2008. Together, they have invested in and managed a diverse array of properties, including multifamily and single-family units, along with numerous successful flipping projects. Their commitment to connection and community-building extends to the realm of real estate, where they strive to create exceptional spaces that cater to the needs of businesses and individuals alike.
